Christine is a Certified Hanna Somatic Educator, trained through the Novato Institute for Somatic Research and Training and a practitioner of Pain Reprocessing Therapy. She has a background as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Massage Therapy Instructor, Reiki Master, and Nia Technique Instructor. Christine joined the AHSE Board of Directors in 2022.
Christine discovered Hanna Somatics through a local studio and was amazed at the relief she experienced after just one class. A long-term massage therapy career had left her with various chronic issues. Though she had tried many other modalities, that Hanna Somatics class was the first time her pain disappeared. This inspired her to pursue formal HSE certification training so that she could share this knowledge with others who were experiencing pain, tension and a diminished quality of life.
Christine offers Hanna Somatic group classes and works 1-on-1 with clients across the globe, as well as in person in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She is also available for private group classes, Hanna Somatics workshops, and retreats in your area or online.
