I am Ramesh Lakshman, HSE, MA (Yoga), based out of Mumbai, India. I graduated from the Novato Institute in 2024. I came to Hanna Somatics in hopes of helping a family suffering from demyelinating spastic paraplegia. Once I started working with my clients, who ranged in age from 10 - 70 years and many of whom had been suffering from back pain for many years, I found that Somatics demonstrated considerable benefits, often in as few as 2 or 3 sessions. Now I am on a mission to help spread awareness about the benefits of Hanna Somatics across India. Currently I work with clients on one-to-one sessions either at my center or over Zoom. I have also integrated Hanna Somatics into yoga with the benefits of vibrations from chanting.
